Since 2006, Glenn has worked at Hawk Ridge Systems identifying software solutions and use-cases for industry problems and bringing those solutions to customers. With extensive SOLIDWORKS and analysis experience and over a decade of working with engineering and manufacturing organizations, he has unique experience in utilizing software solutions for day-to-day design work.

Luis’ professional experience is centered around materials, process engineering, business development and management in the AM industry. He has been active with the industry within the Additive Manufacturing Users Group (AMUG). He holds a range of patents in the areas of materials, design, manufacturing processes and advanced post-processing technologies for 3D printing. Luis obtained a bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Virginia Tech and a MS in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University.

Brad's professional experience is centered around additive manufacturing (AM) applications and its technologies. With over four years of experience in AM, Brad supports AMT’s internal and external growth by seeking new application opportunities that drive acceleration in the industry. Prior to his career in AM, Duermit obtained a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Studies with an emphasis in Manufacturing Technologies Management and a Minor in Product Development at University of Wisconsin Platteville.
